Product Marketing Strategy

This page showcases my approach to building scalable, system-driven product marketing programs that translate technical depth into market clarity. I lead with positioning, not just production—crafting enablement tools that support GTM alignment, accelerate sales, and reinforce product-market fit across channels and personas.

PVMS Sales Brochure

STRATEGY
As the sole marketing lead at LENSEC, I owned the annual development of this core product brochure for Perspective VMS®, collaborating directly with product managers and working hands-on in the software to ensure technical accuracy and clarity. This asset evolved into a strategic cornerstone for sales enablement, channel partner outreach, and digital marketing. It reflects a full-spectrum product marketing approach, aligning content, design, and positioning without support from a dedicated product marketing team.

STRATEGY
This case study represents one of several customer stories I developed to support a systematic, solutions-focused product marketing strategy. Created in collaboration with regional account teams and technical stakeholders, this asset required deep understanding of system architecture, complex integrations, and industry-specific challenges. I translated technical depth into a clear, credible narrative designed to build trust with enterprise buyers and validate real-world use cases. As part of a broader portfolio, it demonstrates how I use customer proof points to position product value in high-stakes environments.

STRATEGY
This asset is part of a larger body of partner marketing work I led across a range of technology alliances, including Dell, Seneca, Quantum, Badgepass, and Galaxy Control Systems. Designed to showcase hardware-agnostic flexibility and real-world performance, these materials translated complex integrations into credible, co-branded narratives.

 

Each asset was developed in close collaboration with product and engineering teams to validate compatibility, support sales conversations, and extend solution reach through strategic alignment with trusted industry partners.
