These video and live event projects aren’t just content, they’re strategic components of integrated campaigns. Each was developed with a full-stack approach: from narrative design and direction to editing, activation, and AI-driven optimization.

Whether producing product explainers, executive interviews, or global webinars, I treat video as a high-leverage asset, built to clarify complex products, engage technical buyers, and drive measurable outcomes. These aren’t standalone visuals; they’re repeatable, video-forward systems that translate strategy into momentum across the buyer journey.

Global Webinar Series

I architected and led a new webcast series for Milestone. The programmatic system is an on-demand global series built to align product marketing goals with real customer needs. This series positioned internal thought leaders in front of a global audience, driving measurable engagement across the buyer journey.

From narrative design and guest preparation to hosting and post-production, I owned every layer of the initiative. Each webcast was built with a modular, scalable format. The videos are repurposed into campaign assets, SEO-enhanced articles, and FAQ resources that extended long-tail visibility.

 

The series directly supported a multi-million-dollar pipeline, delivering thousands of registrations and significant MQL volume. It also served as a template for cross-functional collaboration, aligning product teams, sales enablement, and global marketing to execute a repeatable, high-leverage program.

Event-driven Content Strategy

My approach to field events centers on transforming in-person experiences into high-leverage content. Whether leading multi-city activations or capturing key moments at industry trade shows, I design content strategies that align with campaign goals, regional needs, and audience engagement. Each event is an opportunity to produce timely, brand-aligned assets that extend reach, reinforce messaging, and activate post-event channels across web and social.

Global Webinar (Organic Post)

STRATEGY

When promoting our global webinar series, we A/B tested clips with audio and 1:1 video content without audio to see how they would perform. I produced this looping video for LinkedIn and posted it organically for testing. The video had overwhelming response within just a few days and led to a social media post by the company that is in the early stages of promotion, but gaining impressions and signups for the upcoming webcast.  

Milestone XPerience Days

STRATEGY

I served as the content lead and field producer for Milestone XPerience Days across four major cities—Toronto, Mexico City, Los Angeles, and New York. Working closely with global and regional teams, I helped architect the event structure, select speakers, and shape the narrative arc across sessions.

Each location featured a full day of programming, including a keynote on AI’s role in physical security. I directed on-site production in real time, ensuring every element—from session content to video capture—aligned with our messaging and campaign goals. This initiative became a cornerstone of our regional marketing strategy, activating localized video content and amplifying thought leadership across the Americas.

ISC West 2023

STRATEGY
At the largest trade show in our industry calendar, I field-produced this video on-site during day one of ISC West in Las Vegas. Collaborating with a videographer/editor, I shaped the format, defined the story arc, and directed production in real time to ensure brand alignment under tight logistical constraints.

I partnered with our VP of Marketing to align messaging and represent Milestone’s strategic presence at the show. Post-production, I worked closely with the global communications team to publish the asset across our social channels—turning a live event moment into a timely, high-visibility brand activation.
